Michele Williams, widely known as Coach Michele, is a multi-seven-figure entrepreneur, business strategist, author, investor, and founder whose work centers on helping entrepreneurs build stronger businesses, lead with confidence, and create success that gives them greater choices in life.

Her story began in the South Bronx, far from the boardrooms, businesses, investments, and stages that are part of her life today. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of Michele Lee Ellis Consulting, LLC, the company behind a growing portfolio of businesses and brands, including Home Care Coaching and Vinta Virtual. She has spent years building companies, developing teams, creating systems, and helping entrepreneurs move from simply generating revenue to building businesses with greater structure and sustainability.

Her entrepreneurial portfolio also extends into real estate. Michele has intentionally invested in real estate as part of her approach to building assets, diversifying income, and creating long-term wealth. For her, business ownership is not simply about what a company earns. It is about what those earnings allow an entrepreneur to build, own, invest in, and eventually leave behind.

Michele built much of her early authority in the home care industry, where she became a trusted business strategist and educator to aspiring and established agency owners.
